Therapeutic Massage and Rejuvenating Body Treatments

Full Circle offers massage and body treatments to restore, relax and rejuvenate. We also offer enhancing treatments that you can add to your session to make your experience truly special!

Restorative Massage ($40/30 minutes; $75/60 minutes; $110/90 minutes)

The therapists of Full Circle combine techniques to create a restorative massage that is designed to meet your specific needs. Here are the different styles of massage that may be incorporated into your individual therapy:

  • Swedish Massage is the traditional form of western massage. Swedish Massage is excellent for all applications in a variety of different movements. It will increase circulation, reduce muscle tension and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
  • Deep Tissue Massage goes beneath superficial muscles to underlying muscle groups. It consists of friction with pressure and cross muscle stroking. This type of massage alleviates pain by restoring range of motion as well as increasing blood and lymph circulation. It is recommended for individuals with chronic pain, muscle spasms, immobility, and injury rehabilitation.
  • Stress Reduction Massage promotes deep relaxation through flowing, rhythmical and continuous light touch. These repeated movements calm the nervous system, which in turn promotes deep relaxation.
  • Neuromuscular Therapy This technique for working specific chronic pain patterns uses highly developed skills to find "trigger points" in muscles in spasm. NMT reduces scar tissue, decreases frequency of headaches and speeds post-surgery/injury recovery.
  • Pregnancy Massage offers mothers-to-be specialized treatments created to ease the discomforts of pregnancy. Based on Swedish Massage, this style is modified to accommodate special needs. Massage helps maintain mobility and enhance mother and infance health during pregnancy.

Specialized Massage

Full Circle also offers massage therapies that utilize unique techniques and advanced training to achieve profound improvements in your relaxation and well-being.

  • La Stone Therapy: Hot stones penetrate warmth into tired and tense muscles. Smooth, basalt rocks are heated in water and used both for massaging and specific placement on various areas of the body for a nurturing, grounding experience. Combined with Swedish massage or deep tissue work for an overall massage that is deeply relaxing and therapeutic. ($115/75 minutes)
  • Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage: Traditional Hawaiian massage from the ancient tribal arts of the Polynesian islands. Profound relaxation is created with long smooth deep muscle strokes, and gentle passive stretches. ($115/75 minutes)
  • Thai Yoga Massage: Thai Yoga Massage is a unique form of therapeutic healing that can be traced back 2,500 years. A Thai Yoga session involves passive stretching combined with flowing rhythmic compressions that balance the body. It relieves muscular tension and improves circulation and flexibility and will leave you stress-free. This massage uses a mat on the floor. You wear comfortable clothes that allow for easy movement. No oils are used. This technique allows for site-specific work to address problem areas an can be combined with other styles of massage. ($115/90 minutes)
  • Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage: Ashi means foot...atsu means pressure. Relax and enjoy this massage routine that consists of slow deep compression and strokes using the therapist's feet instead of the hands. Pressure can be applied more evenly with the foot and can be held for an extended period of time. Swedish, deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy can be administered with the feet. ($85/hour, $115/90 minutes)
  • Reflexology: Reflexology is an ancient therapy with the oldest record being found on the wall of a physician’s tomb in Egypt over 20000 years ago. This type of body work focuses primarily on the feet, though hands are also treated. By applying pressure with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques, it affects a system of zones and reflexes that can benefit the entire body, by promoting relaxation, improving circulation, reducing pain, soothing tired feet and encouraging, the body to attain homeostasis (the body’s equilibrium). ($40/30 minutes; $75/60 minutes; $110/90 minutes)
  • Cranio-Sacral Therapy: CST is a deeply relaxing method of bodywork to address the cranial and spinal bones and the cerebrospinal fluid system. This touch uses gentle movement and subtle pressure to bring the central nervous system into harmony and have a positive effect on chronic conditions and mental stress. ($40/30 minutes; $75/60 minutes; $110/90 minutes)
  • Belavi (Non-surgical Facelift Massage): This technique works the Lymphatic Drainage System, which is our body's natural waste system. It helps remove unwanted toxins that are part of the aging process. The Belavi consists of a cleansing, a facial massage, a honey lift exfoliation, a toner, as well as hot and cold towel applications. Facial muscles tone as a result of the stimulation of the manual massage. Working acupressure points help increase blood flow into the face giving way to firming muscles, strengthening capillaries, improving lymph drainage and soothing nerves. When administered in 12 sessions over a 12 week period, we have seen dark under-eye circles diminish; neck muscles firm; and lines around the eyes, on either side of the nose, and around the mouth soften. ($85/60 minutes)
  • Chair Massage: This is a great introduction to the benefits of massage therapy. The massage chair enables the client to relax in a comfortable position while the therapist works the head, neck shoulders, back, arms and hands. Because the client remains fully clothed and the massage chair is easily transported, this work is perfect for on-site massage therapy needed in office settings, etc. Chair massage can be done in 5 minute increments up to 20 minutes. (Outcall: $75 first hour, $1 per minute after that)
